Jimi Love - Vocals/Lead Guitar
Taking on the role of Prince himself, Jimi is one of the most successful and versatile musicians in East Anglia despite being vertically challenged at only 5'5". A talented multi-instrumentalist like the Purple Popster, Jimi started his musical life as a drummer before switching to bass and eventually guitar, simultaneously teaching himself piano. Flash git. We hope he is hung like a midge fly to make up for this, but take no chances and tell everyone he is anyway.

Jimi can still be found doing turns with bands such as White Out and former Jah Warrior Irie-J's band in the Eastern Counties and also stands in with blues outfits such as South Of The Border but these days Purple Rain is his main musical concern. Cos he likes being in charge.
